Collaborating Partners
Several key Indian and non Indian organizations involved in Indian affairs or who provide training and technical assistance in the justice system area have agreed to serve as collaborating partners and share their respective resources with NAICJA in order to establish the National Tribal Justice Resource Center. Each partner has specifically agreed to: (1) to serve on a Project Advisory Committee (hereinafter "PAC"), (2) to share and make their organizational resources and services available to the Resource Center, and (3) as needed, contract with Resource Center to perform specific services for the Resource Center and tribes. Each partner organization has designated a representative to participate on the Resource Center's Project Advisory Committee (PAC). Individuals with unique legal experience in justice system development and operation have also agreed to serve on the PAC. The Resource Center's Collaborating Partners include:
