CHAPTER 9-5 REALITY
9-5-1 LEASE LANGUAGE
The BIA, Branch of Realty and the tribal fee land purchase officer shall add the following language to all leases involving tribal land:
"This lease is subject to cancellation by the Colville Confederated Tribes upon the giving of 30 days notice should this property be required for future tribal development."
