This Law and Order Code for the Colville Confederated Tribes of the Colville Indian Reservation, Washington, is enacted for the purposes of strengthening Tribal self-government, providing for the judicial needs of the Reservation, and thereby assuring the maintenance of law and Order on the Reservation and in the exercise of all Tribal rights off the Reservation.
