            This is to certify that JUDSON M. CARUSONE is an active member of the

Coquille Indian Tribal Bar, and duly licensed as an attorney at law in the Court of the

Coquille Indian Tribe, and is authorized, subject to the rules of the Coquille Indian Tribal

Court and the Ordinances of the Coquille Indian Tribe, to practice law in the Court of the

Coquille Indian Tribe during the year 1998.
