SUPPLEMENTAL
COURT RULE NO. 99-2
SCHEDULING CRITERIA FOR HEARINGS AND REVIEW IN JUVENILE DEPENDENCY MATTERS
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following criteria shall apply in scheduling hearings and review in juvenile dependency matters:

Date child removed from home or voluntarily placed with the tribe. |
|
|
|
B |
Shelter Hearing: A + maximum of 5 judicial days |
|
File petition (B) |

C |
Shelter Review Hearing:
B + maximum of 10 judicial
days |
|
For good cause, the court may order C & D hearings continued; if so use the actual date of the hearing. |

Discovery: Due date for all parties to make discovery: C + 7 judicial days |

Admission/Denial Hearing: B + 30 days No later than 30 days from petition file date each person about whom allegations have been made shall admit or deny the allegations. |

Jurisdiction/Disposition Hearing: B + 60 days This hearing shall occur within 60 days of the first Shelter Hearing (B). |
