• Amending Ord. No. 73, Water Resources Protection Ordinance, Ord. 110 (7/11/95), BIA (disapproved 8/2/95).
• Water Resources Protection Ordinance, Ord. 73 (7/19/90), BIA (8/31/90, rescinded 11/7/90).
• Swinomish Interim Water Code, Ord. 80-8-748 (8/12/80), BIA (disapproved 10/1/80).

Noted:

• Referring the Water Resources Protection Ordinance to the Secretary of Interior, Res. 96-5-48 (5/7/96).
• Revised Water Resources Protection Code, Ord. 113 (conditionally approved 11/8/95, automatically repealed 12/31/95).
• Conditionally Approving Ordinance No. 113 as a Substitute to Ordinance No. 110, the Water Resources Protection Ordinance, Res. 95-11-74 (11/8/95).

[Ed. Note. Official tribal records do not contain a copy of Ord. 113. The Commissioner of Indian Affairs, U.S. Dept. of Interior, directed all agency superintendents and area directors to disapprove any tribal law regulating the use of water on any Indian Reservation on January 15, 1975. That policy was still in effect when the Swinomish Tribal Code was codified.]
