Tina
Farrenkopf

Tina
M. Farrenkopf is a member of the Passamaquoddy Tribe located
in Maine. She currently serves as the associate director of
the National Tribal Justice Resource Center in Boulder, Colorado.
Tina is the former Clerk of Courts for the Mashantucket Pequot
Tribal Court. Prior to that, she served as the Court Administrator
and Clerk of Court for the Passamaquoddy Tribal Court. She
has also served as the Co-Chair of the United South and Eastern
Tribes Inc.'s Tribal Justice Committee. Tina has vast experience
as a grant writer, planner and resource developer. Tina's
special area of expertise is in case management and court
technology. Tina, a graduate of Dartmouth College, also holds
both a Masters in Business Admistration and a Juris
Doctorate degree.

Lindsay
Beeler

Lindsay has over
10 years of experience in management, customer support and
information technology, Lindsay Beeler, joined the Resource
Center in March 2002 to take on the role of Database Management
Specialist and Webmaster. Lindsay previously served as the
Help Desk Coordinator/Information Services Webmaster at TCU,
providing documentation, computer support and technology solutions
to faculty, staff and students. Lindsay also serves as the
Chief of Operations at Tide Pool Web Designs where she works
hand-in-hand with clients to customize web packages to fit
their specific needs.

Brad
Beeler

Brad, a computer
science major from TCU, has spent over 10 years in the information
services industry. With experience in web development and
application programming, Brad works at a small technology
consulting firm with other team programmers to develop web
based software applications and website marketing tools. Brad
utilizes basic programming and software development techniques
combined with customer service and work efficiency experience,
to design, build, implement, and test new programs. Brad has
worked for over 5 years serving as the Help Desk Coordinator,
Datacom Tech Manager and as a Senior Software Consultant for
TCU's Information Services Department.Brad also works as a
Senior Web Developer at Tide Pool Web Designs.

Will
Willis
Willett R. Willis,
Senior Court Management Consultant, joined the National Center
for State Courts in 1997. His responsibilities include participation
in consulting projects involving technology, information management,
and workflow. He has participated in numerous projects including
Knox County, Tennessee, Juvenile Court Operational Assessment,
Knox County, Tennessee, District Attorney General's Office
Operational Assessment, Yakima County, Washington, Courts
Public Access Technology Plan, Thornton, Colorado, Municipal
Court Management Review, Garfield Heights, Ohio, Municipal
Court Video Arraignment Assessment, 5Alabama AOC Implementation
of Document Imaging Technology in the Alabama Court System,

Chris
Shelton
Christopher M. Shelton, a former Senior Court Management Consultant with the National Center for State Courts (NCSC), provides direct consulting services to the criminal justice community, particularly the courts. Mr. Shelton has more than sixteen (16) years of expertise in the fields of information technology (IT) consulting, systems analysis and design of court information systems and data exchange interfaces with other justice agencies. He is well versed in functional and technical requirements definition, business process improvement, project management, and request for proposals (RFP) preparation. Further, he is a subject matter expert in court business practices. Mr. Shelton has worked on over 25 technical assistance projects in courts, justice agencies, and programs such as Fulton County (GA) Juvenile Court, Kings County (Brooklyn, NY) District Attorney's Office, Wayne Court (MI) Circuit Court, Zagreb Municipal Court in the Republic of Croatia, New Hampshire Judicial Branch, Vermont Judiciary, Denver Juvenile Justice Integrated Treatment Network, District of Columbia Domestic Violence and Social Services Programs, and San Bernardino (CA) Probation Department. He also contributed to the research used in the following NCSC-sponsored monographs, Court Coordination of Family Cases: Model Action Plans and Guidebook for Court Electronic Filing. Prior to joining the NCSC, Mr. Shelton worked as a court analyst at the Supreme Court of Virginia. He helped to define, design, and implement enhancements and modifications to Virginia's statewide case management system and he also taught hands-on software training courses in case management, financial management, and interfaces between the Department of Motor Vehicles and Virginia State Police Department. Mr. Shelton has a B.S. degree in Computer Science with a Concentration in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia's School of Engineering and Applied Science. He is certified in the Justice Information Exchange Model (JIEM) Program and the Software Engineering Process and Business Analysis Professional Programs.

Dave
Rogers
Dave Rogers is a 30 year criminal justice professional with 16 years in law enforcement serving in positions that included Captain. Under-Sheriff and Chief of Police of both Tribal and Non-Tribal Police Agencies. He served as chief of police for the makah nation in northwestern Washington and as the first chief of enforcement for the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Enforcement unit which provided service to the four treaty-tribes (nez perce, yakama, warm springs and umatilla tribes) on the Columbia river which included two states and eight county jurisdictions. Dave also served eight years as a probation officer and court commissioner for the district courts of clark county in Vancouver, Washington. For four years he was the program manager for the western community policing center providing community policing trainin for the circle project and the Tribal Resource Grant Program (TRGP) to over 250 tribes in 32 states on behalf of the COPS Office initiatives for Indian country. Dave Rogers has served as the Trial Law Enforcement Programs specialist for fox valley technical college criminal justice center for innovation in Neenah, Wisconsin for the past two years. Training topics developed for Fox Valley include Native Youth Gangs Training, Homeland Security, and All Hazards Training for Indian Country, and Basic Academy for Tribal Probation Officers. One major project that is being expanded through Fox Valley is the National Indian Youth Police Academy, which has gained international attention for its work with Indian youth. David also is CEO of his own company, Small Eagle Electronic Home Confinement which provides service to Tribal Justice Systems. |
