Sponsorships

Each year, NTJRC will be holding a technology conference in different areas of the country. The purpose of the annual conference is to provide an introduction to technology, provide help in selecting software and training to tribal judges. We hope you will attend and participate in our Case Management and Court Technology Conference in New Orleans.

We write today to ask that you get involved with NTJRC and help sponsor our conference. Specifically, we need help with sponsorship of our luncheon, refreshments for our breaks and our welcoming reception. This year, with a planned attendance of 80, the luncheon will cost $2,500, each of eight breaks, $750 and the vendor reception, $2,000. We respectfully request your sponsorship assistance to help us cover these costs.

Please be aware NTJRC will recognize those tribes, individuals and organizations who sponsor events in the following manner: 1) Signs will be made and placed where people are coming out of breaks will see them; 2) Announcing to attendees who is sponsoring the event; 3) Putting the name of the company sponsoring the break on the agenda, and; 4) all donors will recieve free ads in the conference program. ****Also note all donations are tax deductible.
