Our program is consitent with the concepts of traditional court, drug courts, healing to wellness courts, sentencing circles, youth courts and elder courts.In addition he had planned for profits to be directed to the National Indian Youth Police Academy in support of Native Youth. With its staff and consultants, Small Eagle has over 100 years of Criminal Justice experience and over 30 years of Electronic Offender Monitoring Experience. Mr. Rogers served as the Officer in Charge of Electronic Offender Monitoring for Clark County Community Corrections in Vancouver, Washington for 8 years. Products: Our program is designed to SAVE TRIBES MONEY, REDUCE PROBATION WORKLOAD, and SUPPORT COMMUNITY JUSTICE by offering affordable GPS and alcohol monitoring along with Exception Based Reporting.
