The exhibition
will allow Tribal Court Judges and Court Administrators to see your
products and/or services first hand. This is a wonderful opportunity
for marketing your product/service and, at the same time, to provide
our attendees with a chance to meet with you in-person. This is
one of the very few forums where so many different tribal courts
and the people who make purchasing and contract decisions will be
in one spot. It's a great way to make contacts. Attendees will visit
the exhibits during a.m. and p.m. breaks, meal breaks and throughout
the conference at their leisure. In order to encourage attendance
and interaction, we intend to provide each exhibitor with raffle
tickets to give out for door prizes. Attendees will receive a raffle
ticket for each exhibit they visit. The more vendors they visit,
the more chances of winning a door prize they will have. Door prizes
will be drawn for and awarded at the close of the conference.
Vendors can setup on Monday, June 18th, after 5pm. The expo will be open, Tuesday, June 19th at 7:30 a.m. for a full day with a half day on Wednesday. Vendors will be provided with a standard 6 foot table, 2 chairs, and a tablecloth. Additional supplies and or arrangements will need to be made with the hotel event/sales department directly or by calling the Resource Center at (303)245-0786.
